Kulbhushan Malik as the
business head for their Films
Business globally. He previously
served as the head of operations
for International Businesses.
Kulbhushan brings to Cosmo
Simone Crocesi
Films a wide experience in general
management roles with P&L
responsibilities, business development
and finance roles in the
manufacturing industry.

As of 1 August, Klaus Jell has
assumed the role of Executive
Vice President of KraussMaff ei's
Digital & Service Solutions (DSS)
division, becoming a member of
the Executive Committee and replacing
Nadine Despineux, who
left the company at her own request
on 31 July.
Jell started his career in the
Leslie Hess
1990s at Netstal, a subsidiary
of KraussMaff ei. From 2005, he
served as managing director
of Netstal Deutschland before
joining KraussMaff ei in 2011 as
managing director of KraussMaff
ei do Brasil. He became
managing director at KraussMaff
ei Mexico in 2017 and subsequently
gained overall responsibility
for KraussMaff ei's
activities in Latin America. In
his new role, Jell will continue
to manage KraussMaff ei's Latin
American business.

Darren Oldfield
Michael O'Bert has been
appointed CEO of Basell Orlen
Polyolefins, the joint venture between
LyondellBasell and PKN
Orlen, with eff ect from 1 August
2022. He succeeds Laurent Hautier,
who had run the JV since
February 2019. Hautier has been
tapped to manage the LYB plant
in Berre, France.

Logoplaste has appointed
Simone Crocesi as its Chief
Solutions Off icer. Crocesi has
been with the company since
2008, when he joined as a
Quality & Technical Manager
at Logoplaste Pomezia (Italy).
After a stint as plant manager,
he is now taking the next step
in his career at Logoplaste with
the acceptance of his new position
as VP Ready to Deliver.

A leadership change at Next
Generation Recyclingmaschinen
GmbH (NGR) saw Gerhard
Ohler assume the role of CEO
of the Feldkirchen, Austria-based
company as of 1 August. He succeeds
Wolfgang Steinwender,
who had held this position since
May 2020.
The Supervisory Board of technotrans
SE has appointed Robin
Schaede as the company's
new Chief Financial Off icer. He
will take up his post on December
1, 2022, at the latest.
Schaede, who holds a Master
of Science in International Business
Studies, was most recently
managing director and CFO of
Medperion GmbH, where he
was responsible for the strategic,
structural and organisational
management and development
of the Group.
Schaede succeeds Dirk Engel,
who left the company at the end
of July 2021.
Topsoe has appointed Morten
Holm Christiansen as interim
CFO following the departure
of Philip Eickhoff . Christiansen
currently serves as CIO and will
continue in that role in parallel
with his position as interim CFO.
Philip Eickhoff left Topsoe 31 August.
The company has initiated
the search for his replacement.
Encina Development Group,
a producer of ISCC+ circular
chemicals from end-of-life
plastics, has appointed Leslie
Hess to its board of directors,
the company announced.
Hess is a senior financial executive
with over 29 years of experience
and expertise in strategy
development, execution, and financial
leadership. Prior to joining
Encina, she was the Chief Financial
Off icer of a specialized civil
construction company focused on
the water infrastructure market.
Previously, she was a partner with
Ernst & Young LLP in the Strategy
and Transactions practice.
M. Holland Company, a leading
international distributor of thermoplastic
resins and ancillary
materials, has appointed Ton
Koenders as the company's
inaugural director of sales for
Europe to support international
growth and address customer
needs in Europe, eff ective 11 August.
Based in the Netherlands,
Koenders will work closely with
the company's international customers
by serving as the local
point of contact. Koenders joins
M. Holland after 34 years at SABIC
where he most recently led the
company's American sales organization
for polymers.
Injection moulding and chrome
plating specialist Borough Ltd,
has named Darren Oldfield
as Production Planning & Business
Development Manager in
support of the company's drive
to grow and diversify. Darren
Oldfield brings an extensive
knowledge of business systems
and manufacturing to the role,
shaped by a decade with global
automotive parts manufacturer,
Kongsberg Automotive and more
recently board positions within
the construction industry supply
chain.
Kilian Braunsdorf has been
appointed CEO of Paccor, one of
the leading global players in the
plastic packaging industry. He
succeeds Andreas Schuette, who
stepped down following Faerch
Group's acquisition of Paccor
- excluding the UK business,
which was carved out prior to
the transaction - on 1 September.
Kilian Braunsdorf joined Paccor
in July 2020 as a Member of the
Executive Board as CFO, prior to
which he held global leadership
positions in the packaging industry.
He started his career in Auditing
and Management Consulting
and holds a degree in Industrial
Engineering.
Carbios has appointed Pascal
Bricout as Chief Strategy and
Financial Off icer and a member
of the Company's Executive
Committee. Bricout will oversee
the management and organisation
of Carbios' Finance division.
He will also steer the Group's
Strategy, investor relations and
the launch of the company's Corporate
Social Responsibility policy.
Prior to joining Carbios, Mr.
Bricout served as Chief Financial
Off icer for Michelin in Asia, which
is a major area of growth and development
for the company. Over
the past 10 years, he has focused
primarily on major strategic
mergers and acquisitions.
