In the meantime, he’s hiring bellmen, housekeepers, valets and restaurant staff. Mr. Colicchio tapped veteran luxury hotelier Jeff Morgan, who has operated Caribbean resorts, to be the property’s general manager. Built in the 1800s, the 22room inn is owned by Simon Critchell, a former chief executive of Cartier North America, and Bill Campbell, a senior adviser at JPMorgan Chase. “When the owners approached us to do the food, we said we wouldn’t do it unless we were running the entire operation,” said Mr. Colicchio. “We were involved in choosing everything, including the colors.” The restaurant will use produce grown on the hotel’s oneacre farm. —lisa fickenscher Name game City Center isn’t the only arts organization offering naming rights this summer (Crain’s, June 25). ISSUE Project Room, known for presenting experimental music, is in the hunt for a donor as well. The Brooklyn organization, which attracts an audience of about 10,000 affluent young professionals annually, moved into a new space at 22 Boerum Place in January. It has raised most of the $3.7 million needed for a fullscale renovation that will be completed by 2014. A concert series featuring Philip Glass and Laurie Anderson last month brought in $30,000. The group wants $5 million for a 15-year naming deal. Other options are available: Sponsoring a season of programming goes for $100,000—HBO was a recent supporter—while an individual performance goes for $10,000. “We are just beginning to reach out to individuals and foundations,” said Executive Director Ed Patuto, adding that corporations like Bank of America are also on his list. —valerie block WHO GETS WHAT: Media executive Gregg Sullivan and his girlfriend of five years, Antonia Mantus, are finalizing a cohabitation agreement. But before he does, he has to sign a legal agreement stipulating the terms of their relationship and how to divvy up their assets if they break up. ¶ Ms. Cohen, a 49year-old interior designer and divorcée, has no desire to marry again. She just wants to be sure that if she breaks up with her current flame, attorney David Howard, she will retain custody of her two golden retrievers. If they stay together, she wants to guarantee that her grown children receive all of her assets when she dies. At the same time, Ms. Cohen will have no claim to Mr. Howard’s collection of Andy Warhol paintings. ¶ “It’s like a prenup without being married,” Ms. Cohen said. “I have my own career and assets, and I think it’s superimportant that each of us protect ourselves in case this doesn’t work out.” ¶ Forget the Vera Wang dress and the five-tiered cake.
