FRIDAY, DECEMBER 21 Musicians of all kinds will take to the streets, gardens and subways on the shortest day of the year during the second annual MAKE MUSIC WINTER. Twelve free participatory musical parades are scheduled for neighborhoods throughout the five boroughs. Participants include BAM, the Public Theater and Friends of the High Line.
