meetings to remain connected with each
other, share concerns, challenges and/
or newsworthy items. In addition, our
Executive Director sends out daily encouragements and shares motivational clips and
songs contributed by OMA staff members.
OMA as a department hosts monthly AllHands meetings as well.
OMA's AP/Accounting staff are fully
operational and service levels remain at
pre-pandemic levels. We continue to reach
out to internal and external customers by
email and phone to ensure that their needs
are being met. The Imprest fund has been
monitored and replenished for any department that requests a count, vendors continue to receive timely payments 100 percent of the time with no late payment and

interest accrued for Agency AT0. We continue to record our revenues and expenditures, work with AT0 departments to analyze and resolve liabilities, record assets for
the agency, resolve and close pre-pandemic
travel as well as meet closing deadlines.
This pandemic only shows what I've
known all along, that the AP/Accounting Unit
has fully embraced the OCFO's SMARTER
values. Daily they demonstrate that they
are Service Driven, Motivated, Accountable
for their work, Respectful of me, their
coworkers, internal and external customers,
Trustworthy to do what they have committed to, Empowered to make decisions and
Results Oriented. Who could ask for more?
Shhhhhh! Let's keep this between us, they
might get a big head. *
