With a higher price point than their standard equipment, they knew they needed to create a strong connection, engaging with shoppers through an elevated product presentation. Wilson came to the table with an initial design concept that was beyond their budget and had manufacturing lead-times past their product launch date. The OPTO engineering team quickly processed through the initial design, and determined ways to reduce costs through the use of standard and customized components.
