As an associate with Quadrangle, Au has played a key role in strengthening the firm's client relationship with multiple international brands, including Lululemon. She has overseen the completion of
more than 40 Lululemon stores and helped the brand launch their international expansion in Dubai,
Hong Kong and Singapore. Her list of notable projects includes Toronto locations for the new experiential retail Lululemon Queen Street West store, UNIQLO and the first standalone Christian Louboutin
boutique in Canada. Au has assisted her clients in successfully reaching customers through creative
solutions that are tactile, experiential expressions of their brand ethos. She supports business development, oversees numerous accounts and leads a dedicated retail team through the entire project process
from schematic design and design development to construction drawings, bidding, contract administration and closeout. Her knowledge and experience on projects across Canada and abroad
make her a go-to resource for clients and designers alike. She is an award-winning, registered
interior designer who contributes to the retail industry through speaking engagements and
to the greater community as Quadrangle's Canstruction Team Co-Captain. Approximately
20,000 lbs. of food have been donated under her leadership in the last four years.
Biggest fear: Abandoned amusement parks.
Pet peeve: When people eat food in their bed. Your bed is a sacred sleeping space-
don't mix it up!

DREW CROCKETT

Bloomingdale's
AGE 32

Crockett is a thought-provoking,
dedicated designer who challenges the status quo and makes
Bloomingdale's designs unique
and impressionable. With his
finger on the pulse of innovative
technologies and designs, he
has created unforgettable store
environments that always put
the customer first. His work on
the new cosmetics floor at the
flagship location-Bright Lights,
Big Pretty-includes a fun "compact" customers can lounge and
selfie-reflect in, and a beautiful
archway made of fragrant elements. Crockett has also been
an integral contributor to the
Carousel experiential shops,
exciting and elaborate spaces
with monthly theme rotations.
He brings a global perspective to
all he does, inspired by his many
travels, as well as by scouring
the web for what's going on
around the world, from Seoul
to Copenhagen. He has elevated
the Bloomingdale's brand by
creating buzz with his installations and has made significant
contributions to company
promotional campaigns, RTW
shop design and renovation
in the 59th Street flagship,
which resulted in a unique and
dynamic Millennial department.
Through design collaboration,
rendering, development and
execution, Crockett thrives in
this fast-paced business.
Favorite hobby: I make clothing
and accessories from recycled
materials.

BIANCA DADIVAS
Senior Environmental Designer
Vans
AGE 29 Dadivas graduated from the Art Institute of California, Orange County, landed an internship as a designer
on Vans' newly formed Environmental Design team, and has been making her mark with the company ever since.
She combines a keen sense of design and strong point of view with her ability to listen and interpret feedback to
deliver meaningful and engaging physical brand platforms that exceed consumer expectations. Dadivas is a true
leader who works with internal teams to bring the essence of the Vans' brand to life in elevated experiences. She
has led the design process on flagship stores on Fifth Avenue in New York, Chicago and Oxford Street in London
(opening in fall 2019), as well as New York's Vans Meat Packing District Boutique and Vault by Vans Boutique on
the Lower East Side (opened March 2019). From the 2018 new global brick-and-mortar store prototype to flagship stores and boutique concepts, she has played an instrumental role in the
design, development and execution of some of the most impactful and
engaging consumer experiences Vans has anywhere in the world.
Pet peeve: Slow Wi-Fi.
Guilty pleasure: Ranch...but really all dips and sauces.
