Store Process Analysis
and Recommendation
Tour. Interesting things are
discovered on my visits
with various dealerships:

STORES REALLY HAD
NO WELL-UNDERSTOOD
PROCESSES IN THE
FIRST PLACE. And, in
an effort to reach greater
heights of personal and
business achievements,
they were limited by confusion paralysis. Ready,
shoot, aim is sometimes
the process-targeting
directive of these stores
because they don't think
things out thoroughly. A
few good processes well
implemented (and understood) and then stuck
to could have propelled
its people toward a new
summit today. Without
solid processes they find
themselves exactly where
they are today, except a
day or week or month or
year later.
In order to maximize
