Year with a new look and feel, and exciting changes to
help you achieve heightened success.

Here are a few items to look forward to as part of

1) Key insight packaged for easier access. You
can expect more sidebars to complement editorial,
highlighting crucial tips and takeaways to drive greater
impact.
2) Expanded focus, with more sessions in fixed
operations, used vehicles, and F&I.
3) New columns, including an ongoing Q&A with
Facebook addressing your most pressing questions.
Among other new additions, we've also introduced
