Express Service Kiosks

Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced it has completed all DMS
integrations with Storm Kiosks Inc., a leading supplier of automotive
express service kiosks for auto dealership service departments.
Auto/Mate's DMS customers can now seamlessly access and monitor
kiosk activity, including drop-offs, pick-ups, promotional up-sells,
trade appraisals, and more.

Reveals Auto Groups Overlook $230K Per Store in
Used-Car Service Opportunities

Flick Fusion has introduced Dynamic Marketing Videos (DMVs), a
new platform for reducing the time and expense associated with
creating marketing videos that promote automotive manufacturers'
incentives. The DMV platform enables auto dealerships' ad agencies
and video marketing resellers to quickly create scalable, customized
video content for all of their dealership clients at a low cost.

Affinitiv's Automotive Customer Loyalty study analyzed deals at
more than 1,000 auto dealerships and revealed that auto groups
are overlooking opportunities to service a significant percentage of
their used car buyers. Specifically, when dealers fail to refer used
off make buyers to sister stores within their auto group for service,
the group loses up to $230,000 annually in potential customer pay
revenue per store. Affinitiv's data analysis revealed that in every
dealership, regardless of brand, the average RO amount is 68%
higher for a used same make vehicle than the average RO amount
for a used off make vehicle.

a quick estimate without any strings
attached of what their trade-in
might be worth. MAX Trade Value is
designed to deliver that easy instant
feedback online.

HGreg.Com Acquires Largest
Nissan Dealership in Eastern
U.S.

HGreg.com, one of the fastestgrowing automotive groups in North
America, completed its acquisition
of the largest Nissan dealership
in the eastern U.S. Now known as
HGreg Nissan Kendall, the dealership
is located at 17305 S Dixie Hwy, in
Palmetto Bay, south-east of Kendall.
The value of the transaction is
estimated at $75 million, including
property, upgrades and facility
improvements, as well as inventory.

TecAssured as Director
of Client Relations

Sherry Etheridge has joined
TecAssured LLC, a leader in
innovative technology solutions for
the automotive insurance
industry, as director of
client relations. In her
role, Sherry will head up
all client support efforts,
including customer
service, operational
support, and onboarding
of new clients. Sherry has
extensive knowledge in the
automotive aftermarket product
space. Most recently, she served as
product and program analyst for a
leading F&I product administrator,
where she was responsible for
building products and programs,
procedure guides, and the setup
and support of dealers and agents.
Before that, she worked at BMW
Financial Services and Fidelity
Investments in other operations,
client relations, and support roles.
