Kilway, digital operations manager at
Germain Automotive group, working in
conjunction with Ben Hadley from Prodigy,
created a playbook for launching digital
retail - and any dealership can use it.

While management of a dealership staff is
a necessity, the management of the dealer-to-vendor relationship is the quickest
way to bring profitability to your store.
In a fun and engaging session, a wonderful couple (of retail pros), Victoria
Hampton (eCommerce director, Oak Lawn
Toyota) and Joe Webb (president, DealerKnows Consulting), will demonstrate
how to properly evaluate potential new
solutions, how dealer and vendors-alike
must hold each other accountable, and if
necessary, part ways to seek a better fit
elsewhere.
They will provide actionable game plans
for courting digital suitors, outlining what
questions to ask, what pitfalls to avoid, and
when to cut and run.
Some other key focus areas include:
How to manage your in-store time
with the scheduling of vendor visits, what
metrics to track (and how often), and how
much work is necessary to make the partnership beneficial to both sides.
What should be expected of both
dealer and vendor when maintaining
consistent reporting, recaps, successes, and
failures, and when it is time to say "no" to
the other's requests.

This presentation will help you to answer

Internet Sales?
Jordan Saunders, director of digital
performance and strategy at Bob Moore
Auto Group, will share advice on how to
determine what works best in your store.
He'll then interactively discuss training for

advice on what works and what may not.
