2.5 CORNER LOTS In keeping with the desired character of visually activated neighborhoods, homes on corner lots should be designed for a two-sided, corner exposure. Because there are a large number of corner lots in Phase 1, and to avoid undesirable repetition, two plan forms for each product line should be adaptable to corner situations. Not only should the plan form vary, but the architecture style as well. Corner lots shall have a considerable level of mass articulation and detail for publicly visible sides. This can come in the form of full architectural composition acknowledging the street or in the form of enhanced wall and landscape articulation. 2-11 February 2022
