Criteria: * Corner lots shall have a wider than standard side width dedicating additional side yard setback for enhanced elements such as a larger courtyard environment, a unique front door/garage condition or a different wall design. * Corner lots shall utilize the visible features to the streets whether it be house elevations or privacy wall/landscape detailing. * Providing plans that are adaptable to corner lot plotting enables flexibility to reposition the entry and/or garage to the exterior side yard. (This is the preferred treatment.) * Corner plotting requires articulation and detail on the side elevation of the house that is representative of the front elevation. * Non-stucco materials used on the front elevation shall wrap around to the side elevation and terminate at an inside corner - where possible. * Encourage garage access to be located on the side other than front elevation side. * Enhanced or widened landscape treatment between back of sidewalk and privacy wall shall be provided.
