Landscape Guidelines 2022 - 1
These Design Guidelines, and the information and materials displayed herein, are intended to provide
information about design and installation guidelines for landscaping and hardscaping within Project
Stanley. Guidelines are subject to change or cancellation (in whole or in part) at any time without notice.
In addition to the Design Guidelines, the design and development review process will be subject to the
following: Section 31 Specific Plan, City of Rancho Mirage Zoning Code, the community governing
documents (to be recorded in the public land records), and all agreements entered into by the builder.
Photographs, renderings and other visual depictions contained in these Guidelines are for illustrative
purposes only and may not be of locations or improvements within Project Stanley. Unless otherwise noted,
maps are not drawn to scale. Lot dimensions, room dimensions, and square footages are approximate.
The standards and procedures set forth in these Design Guidelines are intended to provide a mechanism
for maintaining and enhancing the overall aesthetics of the community only.

In reviewing and acting
upon any request for approval, the [Design Review Committee] shall be acting solely in its interest and
shall owe no duty to any other person. Approval of plans shall not be construed as an endorsement,
warranty or certification. Neither the [Design Review Committee], landowners, Disney, DMB, Declarant,
the Project Association, nor the Master Association, shall bear any responsibility for ensuring the adequacy
of soils or drainage for any landscaping used or any hardscaping installed or constructed, the integrity
and quality of any hardscaping installed or constructed, nor for ensuring compliance with applicable
codes or other governmental requirements, nor for ensuring that all landscaping and hardscaping is of
comparable quality or value, of similar or compatible design or is aesthetically pleasing or otherwise
acceptable to neighboring property owners. Neither the [Design Review Committee], landowners,
Disney, DMB, Declarant, the Project Association, the Residential Association, or any committee nor
any member of any of the foregoing shall be held liable for any injury, damages or loss arising out of
the manner or quality of approved installation of landscaping or hardscaping, or modifications to the
