Landscape Lighting All exterior landscape light sources are to be: * Incandescent * Halogen * LED * 'Soft yellow or white' light, except temporary holiday decorations * No sodium vapor lights * 'Full Cutoff' light fixtures to minimize light dispersion * 25 watts incandescent or 3.5 LED watts in residential areas Landscape lighting is required in front yards. It shall generally be subdued and consider an overall composition of landscape and architectural design. The intent is to achieve a subtle but 'warm' night-time setting for the neighborhoods. * All exterior lighting (Zone 1C courtyards) is subject to review by the Design Review Committee. * Landscape lighting shall be consistent in value, and a warm, natural color (2700K or greater). * Lighting shall be operated on a photocell and time clock. A minimum light level is to be maintained at all times (address markers, front entry paths, entry gates). * Path lights shall be fully shielded and less than 18 " in height. * Address markers may be externally backlit or downlit from a courtyard wall niche, or illuminated by a low landscape light.
