Paving and Driveways Driveways may have required slopes as a result of pad grading, where there is up to 2-3 feet of fall in the front of the lot. Consequently, driveways may also slope up to 8% in regions with cold winters and frost, or up to 10% maximum in mild climates. Driveways are to have a minimum width of 20 feet at the garage to allow parking for two (2) guest cars in front of the garage. Minimum approved paving materials are: * Integral color (desert hues, natural tones, etc.) concrete with an exposed finish * Colored, textured concrete pavers * Concrete pervious pavers * Asphalt and crushed gravel paving are allowed with DRC approval and are generally allowed for long driveways on larger lots. Gravel will not be allowed within 10 feet of the street right-of-way, and shall require a paved transition. INTEGRAL COLOR CONCRETE WITH EXPOSED FINISH CRUSHED GRAVEL CONCRETE PAVERS © Disney.
