Rancho Mirage, an affluent resort city with an abundance of gated enclaves and world-class golf courses.
► Proximity to Recreation, Retail, Dining, and Cultural Events: The subject site provides residents with proximity to the annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts
Festival, luxury shopping at El Paseo, and numerous fine-dining options in Palm Springs and throughout the valley. The Greater Palm Springs Area is also home
