CHEF JOSÉ ANDRÉS

For starters, the inviting setting at the new Wolfgang Puck Bar &
Grill, with its hint of California elegance, will have Guests in full-on
relaxation mode. Chef Wolfgang Puck has perfected the laid-back
vibe of the West Coast and will surprise you with innovative takes on
comfort food classics paired with handcrafted specialty cocktails.
Likewise, Chef José Andrés will have you smitten with his Spanish
specialties from the get-go. Prepare your taste buds for tapas, woodfired paellas and, of course, sangria when he opens his new Jaleo
restaurant. This eatery will be his biggest and most spectacular
location yet, housed in a dynamic, multi-level space. He'll be dishing
up crowd-pleasers like gambas al ajillo, shrimp sautéed with garlic
and chili; and pollo croquetas, delightful Spanish chicken fritters.
Also on the way is a new Italian concept by Chef Tony Mantuano
featuring dishes inspired by his adventures across Italy. An influential
culinary force, Mantuano grew up in an Italian family, so Italian cooking
is in his blood. His delicious food is touted around the world, and
you'll see why when the doors open at his latest restaurant, Terralina
Crafted Italian. The food is so good, even former President Barack
Obama and Paul McCartney have given him kudos.
Any way you slice it, these superstar chefs have memorable meals in
the works, indeed.
