The renewed space offers residents new opportunities to enjoy entertainment and social interaction while considerably improving functionality, and operations and leasing workflows. Heritage Place of Fredricksburg - Main Lobby The lobby lacked the charm of this small Texas town known for its incredible B&B's. Fieldstones were sourced to compliment the local architecture. Wood trusses were added to provide warmth and increase acoustics. Intimate gathering spaces were created with seating niches and siding adding the perfect quaint environment for all. Polett, Photographer (after image) The Landing, an Immanuel Signature Community - Dining Landis Homes - Westview Community Center and Adult Day Services BEFORE B EFORE B E FORE Undergoing a large renovation of many amenity spaces, The Landing put great emphasis on revamping the dining experience. Evaluating how and when their residents dine, as well as considering additional activities such as live music, allowed the community to create various dining venues that have become sought-after destinations. A swimming pool and spa were filled in to create new space for shuffleboard, billiards and ping pong. An existing multi-purpose community room and serving kitchen used by residents and guests was renovated. The adjacent Adult Day Services was expanded in size and remodeled to serve more clients in a more homelike setting.
