The ISC has perfect vision
for the coming year. We will be
hosting the 5th Annual Rendezvous Sun Valley Week, January
5-12, 2020. It's a perfect time to
ski Mount Baldy and check out
the new Cold Springs high
speed quad. The new terrain
will impress the expert skiers
and boarders, as well as, novices.
We will have a special gathering
at the River Run Lodge Friday
afternoon, January 10 and a wine
and cheese social Saturday evening. The hot pools are awesome.
We will be joining the Black
Hills Ski Club from Rapid City,
SD at Grand Targhee February
28-March 2, 2020 if anyone is interested in finding your way to
the Tetons. This will be a great
weekend for powder and fun.
The Trap Bar is always interesting after a day on the slopes.
The Park City Mountain
Recreation Club is planning a
TGIF each week of the season.
They will make their way down
Main St. in Park City to 27 different establishments. If you can
name them all, Brad Smith will
buy you a beer.
The Bogus Basin Club will
be traveling to St. Moritz, Switz-

erland to enjoy the comforts of
Club Med and the Alps. They
will have a week tour of London,
England going to Stone Hedge, as
well. Several other trips are being
planned; one to Schweitzer
Mountain in North Idaho and a
powder weekend at Anthony
Lakes in Eastern Oregon. We
welcome all FWSA skiers to experience Bogus Basin's new snow
making system, and the new high
speed quad. You'd be surprised
how much vertical you can get
in just one afternoon.
The McCall Winter Sports
Club has already started conditioning for their athletics. The
Little Ski Hill has received a
grant to install a new lift and
lighting for the slopes. It's a great
place for the athletes to train for
the upcoming races at Brundage
Mountain. This is a very active
club for families and youth.
All of the clubs of ISC are
excited about the winter season
and have been stocking up on
Ullr Peppermint Schnapps to
warm up with. Let us know
when you plan to visit one of our
many intermountain resorts. We'd
love to show you around the
mountains.
