marks in Thrillist's second annual
fast-food awards, the 2021 Thrillist
Fasties Awards.
* Chick-fil-A, based in College Park, won
the Best Breakfast and Best Chicken Nuggets
categories. The company's kale crunch side
was a finalist for Best New Menu Item.
Zaxby's Signature Sandwich
* Church's Chicken, based in Atlanta, won the
MVP (Most Valuable Pickle) category for the briny pickles on its chicken sandwich.
* Zaxby's, based in Athens, won in the category of Best Fried Chicken Sandwich for
a fast-casual restaurant for its Signature Sandwich. The company's crinkle fries also
were a finalist in the Best Fries (Fast Casual) category.
