Important dates to remember
This year’s submission deadlines are November 1, 2012, and
March 1, 2013. Make sure your packages are postmarked by
these dates to be included in your school’s check. Earnings
checks are mailed in December and April of each year.

Be sure to count & sort carefully; each submission is
double-checked for missing or expired Box Tops. Make
sure you separate your bonus certificates from your
clipped Box Tops and collection sheets.
Carefully collect your Box Tops,
check expiration dates and separate
out your bonus certificates. Bundle
everything into groups of 50 Box
Tops. There’s no need to remove
Box Tops from completed collection
sheets – just send them in as-is.
Online earnings are automatic
Remember, eBoxTops® and online bonus earnings are
added electronically to your school’s total, so there’s
nothing you need to submit.
