and finally got it back to the starting place. The stress level was rising. The only way the armoire was getting down to the lower level was from the outside. The ground was snow covered and icy, the temperature was minus 2 and the wind was blowing briskly. Ronnie and Matt propped the front door open, letting the frigid outside air in and offering the cat an easy exit. I grabbed her, hustled her back to the bedroom and closed the door.
