Celebrating ageless beauty and empowerment

randmothers across the nation, rejoice! The inaugural " Gorgeous Grandmas
of Charlotte " event recently lit up the city with a vibrant celebration of
age, beauty, and empowerment. Dr. Marsha McLean, the visionary behind
Grandmas2.0, orchestrated this heartwarming tribute to showcase grandmothers'
unique journeys and contributions.

1st place winner of The Gorgeous Grandmas of Charlotte
On September 14th, the Coffey and Thompson Art Gallery in Charlotte, North
Carolina, was transformed into a haven of celebration. Grandmothers aged 55
and above confidently graced the runway in a New York Fashion Week-inspired
showcase, radiating confidence and grace. Local vendors pampered the grandmas
with fashion and beauty tips, health and wellness resources, makeovers,
and photo sessions. Charlotte businesses sponsored the grandmas to be in the
event. Which also meant they paid for membership in the organization for the
grandmas.

13 GRAND FALL 2024
This milestone event also fostered intergenerational connections, with family
members joining the festivities to celebrate their loved ones. The gallery was
filled with love and admiration, a beautiful testament to the enduring bond
between generations.
Dr. Marsha's vision for Grandmas 2.0 extends beyond this celebration.
The organization empowers grandmothers, providing resources and
support to embrace their roles as mentors and community leaders.
