DESCRIPTION: The CDQ series skid-mounted
hydrogen generators offer high-efficiency alkaline
electrolysis, with cell stack power consumption of
4.3 kWh/Nm3 of hydrogen gas and output of up to
1,500 Nm3/hr per electrolyzer. These units are fully
modularized and can be based on a 7.5-MW module
design. The design is researched and developed by
PERIC, China. The electrolyzer adopts a bipolar filter
press structure where the seal gasket design ensures
no leakage from the electrolyzer in hot or cold
conditions. The gas-lye treater is skid-mounted, with
a simple process-flow and allows for easy installation,
operation and maintenance. The hydrogen generator is
operator-friendly and features automatic PLC control
for high reliability and convenient remote operation.
The system can be customized to client
requirements from complete installation to delivery
of specific modules, including hydrogen purification,
demineralization, remote monitoring and control,
cooling, oxygen production, compression, and
hydrogen refueling station.
