Indroenergy large-sized hydrogen generators
DESCRIPTION: Indroenergy hydrogen generators are
designed to produce high-purity hydrogen for advanced
industrial applications. The electrolytic cells can work
at pressures from 4 bar-12 bar and above without
additional compression device.
Indroenergy generators capable of continuous
hydrogen production (24 hr) and are equipped with a
specific electrolytic cell housed inside the generator.
These cells employ special components, designed
specifically to increase their working life and efficiency.
The electrodes are covered with a special metallic alloy
coating. This coating treatment ensures higher flexibility
and reliability in onsite H2 production systems.
Larger dimension systems incorporate the
Indroenergy separation tower technology. Each tower
contains special distillation plates and a condenser at the
top. Systems with the separation tower technology offer
the advantages of reduced electrolyte consumption,
improved gas production efficiency and improved
life expectancy (higher working machine hours).
Indroenergy generators do not employ circulating pumps
or other externally installed equipment and all parts are
enclosed in a cabinet or container, ensuring operational
safety. The generators are equipped with PLC and ICS
(Indroenergy Communication System) for remote control
and monitoring, providing an option for safe, remote
off-site operation.
The gases produced with these generators are
typically low pressure and produced pre-dried with
a chiller unit. Cooling is provided internally via heat
exchanging liquid (water), and there are options for
auxiliary preheating for cold environments.
