HP announces 2021 Top Projects award nominees

For the past several years, Hydrocarbon
Processing has recognized the top
refining and petrochemical projects of
the year. These capital investments have
significantly contributed to the expansion
of the hydrocarbon processing industry
and have been instrumental in providing
