PacWest Machinery, the Pacific Northwest dealer for Volvo Construction Equipment and other leading
brands., is constructing a new dealership facility in Spokane Valley, to serve eastern Washington and
northern Idaho.
Covering about nine acres, the new facility will include a 30,000-square-foot building with an expanded parts warehouse, modern showroom, and space for hosting demonstrations and training. A 14-bay
service center will accommodate a full range of equipment and deliver state-of-the-art capabilities. It's all
focused on delivering exceptional customer support.

president. "Delivering responsive service requires that we provide our employees the facilities, tools and
training to perform at their best."
PacWest Machinery, owned by Joshua Green Corporation and company management, provides
equipment and aftermarket services from four facilities in Seattle and Spokane, and Portland and Eugene,
Ore., plus additional support from an extensive mobile service fleet.

National Trench Safety, LLC (NTS),
opened a new branch operation in
Seattle, Wash., under the leadership of
Gene Nowlan.

robust growth over the last few years

increase our support along the West

Houston-based NTS, this further expands Houston-based NTS' objective

of trench and traffic safety equipment, cutting-edge engineered solutions, and OSHA-compliant training
classes to the construction industry.

Juniper Capital Management Acquires Green Mountain Pipeline Services
Juniper Capital Management and a team of co-investors created a new
investment platform, Infrastructure Services Group (ISG), to conduct
strategic acquisitions. The company sees tremendous opportunities
in this sector, due to the enormous need for improvements to the
country's aging water infrastructure systems.
The new ISG also just closed its first two deals, acquiring Green
Mountain Pipeline Services (Bethel, Vt.) and Mr. Rehab Sewer Systems,
(Mechanicsburg, Pa.). Both companies offer a broad range of curedin-place rehabilitation services to municipal and industrial customers,
including inspection, cleaning, rehabilitation, spot repair, relining, testing and sealing services for wastewater pipes and manholes.
"There are significant opportunities to achieve operational efficiencies and adopt shared best practices, leveraging the expertise and experience
of these well-led, financially strong firms that employ the latest in trenchless technology solutions," said Tom Barr, CEO of ISG.
Green Mountain and Mr. Rehab will continue operating as standalone subsidiaries, led by Tim Vivian and Jim Clark, respectively. with ISG providing strategic guidance, oversight and support to foster growth, both organically and by acquisition.
