InsituMain® CIPP System
Insituform has been installing
cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) products for pipeline rehabilitation
for over 45 years. Building on
this experience, we developed
the InsituMain® CIPP system,
an AWWA Class IV, fully structural and pressure-rated CIPP
technology that is certified to
meet the NSF/ANSI Standard
61. It is ideal for force mains
and water pipelines up to 96
inches in diameter, can negotiate bends and is pressure-rated
at 80+ psi. Engineered to restore

existing lines, it is suitable for
rehabilitation in a variety of host
pipes including cast iron, ductile
iron, steel, asbestos cement and
reinforced concrete pipe.
The InsituMain® CIPP system is composed of an epoxy
composite layer reinforced to
withstand internal pressure
and external load requirements
and provide added strength and
stiffness while also eliminating
leakage and corrosion.
Fusible PVC® Pipe
Fusible PVC® pipe combines
industry accepted PVC plastic
with thermal butt-fusion joining technology to provide the
water, wastewater, electrical,
industrial and telecommunications industries with a fully
restrained, monolithic pipe for
use with traditional and trenchless installation methods. Ideal
for new installations and re-

placement, well over 10 million
feet of Fusible C-900®, Fusible
C-905® and Fusible PVC® pipe
have already been installed
around the world.
Tite Liner® HDPE System
Over 80 million feet of pipelines on six continents have
been protected with the Tite
Liner® internal pipe lining system since 1985. The Tite Liner®
system consists of an HDPE
pipe liner that has a larger outside diameter than the inside
diameter of the pipe it protects.
To install, a wire line cable is
sent through a section of pipeline and is then attached to the
liner pipe. The wire line pulls
the internal pipe lining system
through the roller reduction
box positioned at the insertion
end of the pipeline section. The
liner pipe is compressed radially
as it passes through the roller

reduction box. This temporary
reduction provides sufficient
clearance between the steel pipe
and the liner pipe to allow insertion. Once released, the liner
provides a close-fit solution for
pressurized systems.
Tyfo® FRP System
The Tyfo® system is a trenchless
FRP pipeline repair technology
that provides a full structural
repair to these distressed pipe
sections. It is the only FRP pipeline repair system that has an
ICC evaluation and the patented process has been successfully utilized for over a decade
worldwide to rehabilitate many
miles of pipelines ranging from
36 to 201 inches in diameter.
The Tyfo® system provides an
NSF listing for usage in potable
water environments.
