LOADRITE L3180 SmartScale as an
option on Doosan wheel loaders.
LOADRITE L3180 SmartScale uses
weighing intelligence and solidstate sensors for more accurate,
precise and faster loading. It also
connects machines and devices
for the collection and syncing
of data via the built-in WiFi-toInsightHQ reporting portal.
InsightHQ consolidates live,
operational information from
Trimble LOADRITE devices on
loaders, excavators and conveyors
across the site, to provide near realtime productivity and performance
reports for extraction, processing
and load-out operations.

* Smarter Weighing: LOADRITE
L3180 offers more precise
weighing in a wide range of
conditions, including adjustment
for rough terrain, operator
technique and machine
movement using new weighing
intelligence. The system also
features digital CAN-bus sensors
for noise immunity and ground
slope compensation as standard.
* Smarter Data Management:
L3180 now offers in-cab key
performance indicators (KPIs),
including ton/hour, tons and
truck count to enable operators
to monitor performance and
achieve daily targets. When using
Trimble's cloud-based InsightHQ
quarry reporting portal, personnel
can gain access to site production
and operator performance KPIs
on desktop or mobile devices.
Data is presented in dashboard or
graphical formats, including a new
loadout performance heatmap,
powered by built-in GPS. The
system caches data locally and
then syncs it with InsightHQ.
* Smarter Interface: L3180
features a 5.7-inch touchscreen
display-twice the size of previous
generation scales. In addition,
colorful graphics and a cleaner
interface design allow for faster
menu navigation and interaction.
New loading information detail,
such as customer and product
for each job, can be customized
on the interface to match each
operator's workflow and make it
easier to see the right information
for maximum productivity.

Volvo Construction Equipment gives
contractors and rental companies
a new crawler excavator option
between its 16- and 22-ton machines.
EC200E is a 20-ton-class excavator
that offers strong performance and
comes without the added features
and cost of a larger excavator.
Designed primarily for customers
needing a light- to medium-duty
digging excavator, EC200E has a
maximum digging reach of 32 feet 9
inches and a maximum digging depth
of 22 feet 3 inches, with a lifting
capacity of 16,138 pounds.
The EC200E is fitted with X1 hydraulic piping and has an attachment
management system that allows
for pre-setting hydraulic flow and
pressure for up to 20 attachments.
The machine is equipped for quick
couplers, which makes it easier to
swap out attachments.
Additional features include:
* The ability to transport it on a
trailer without additional permits,
as opposed to larger machines.
* Auto idling, auto engine shutdown
and ECO mode for increased fuel
efficiency.
* Service-friendly features like
grouped filters and single-layer

locator designed to "sweep" large
areas to quickly and easily locate
buried assets. It was developed for
utilities and construction crews
seeking a user-friendly, lower-cost,
reliable locator.
Loki combines new and innovative
features to find buried pipes and
cables more efficiently. As the first
Schonstedt pipe and cable locator
with Dual Mode capabilities, Loki
can simultaneously search for and
identify transmitter and power signals
for quick, accurate sweeps prior to
excavation.
Built in to ensure safe and effective
locating, ShallowAlert warns the
operator of shallow pipes and cables,
and NoiseProtect enables use in electrically noisy environments, such as
near power substations or overhead
