Product demos include SVL65-2, a
new addition to Kubota's popular
compact track loader line. Positioned
in a lighter ROC weight class than its
predecessors, it features a slide-up
overhead front door and easy on/off
self-leveling function. An advanced
multifunction valve provides smooth
operation when using simultaneous
functions, such as auxiliary, boom
and bucket circuits. The SVL65-2
boasts a wide working range: rated
operating capacity of 2,100 pounds
at 35 percent or 3,000 pounds at
50 percent, reach of 34.9 inches
and 118.5-inch hinge pin height.

fuses fittings and flanges with only
15 inches of pipe exposed. Quick
disconnects on the clamps and pivot
cylinders allow the upper jaws to
be removed for easier placement
of the carriage around the pipe. Lift
points on the carriage, heater and
facer allow easy placement via crane,
and 40-foot hydraulic hoses keep
the carriage and facer connected
to the machine. With 60,000 lbs. of
clamping force and 3,000-psi system
pressure, In-Ditch packs a heavy
punch in a small space.
