rental player in the central U.S. Financial terms of
the transaction were not disclosed.

states for the construction, energy, industrial
and infrastructure markets. Equipment includes
earthmoving, compaction, aerial, forklifts and
water pumping solutions.

Epiroc

Epiroc USA, a Bloomfield, Colo., leading
productivity partner for the mining and
infrastructure industries, opened a new Regional

Service Center in Harrisburg, Penn. Supporting
customers in the Northeast U.S., the new center
features a state-of-the-art service shop for Epiroc
mining and construction equipment, and serves
as a home base for field service technicians.
In addition, Epiroc is further investing in
Pennsylvania's Chambersburg Local Distribution
Center. Previously housing Epiroc rock drilling
tools, it now stocks a robust inventory of spare
parts. This will allow faster access and reduced
equipment downtime for customers in the region.

Dave Linenfold joined

of Engineering & Product Development. He has
more than 30 years of construction equipment
experience, leading new product development,
project timelines and efficiency improvements;
serving as coach and mento; and understanding
the changing climate of the industry.

Steve Cianci is the new vice
president, North America, at CASE
Construction Equipment, based
at the Racine, Wisc., headquarters.
He brings more than 25 years of
leadership experience, managing equipment sales,
business development, product management, and
parts and service functions of various global, heavy
equipment and industrial companies.

McMillen Jacobs
Victor Romero, P.E., CPEng.,
was appointed executive vice
president for the Underground
Division of McMillen Jacobs
Associates. He has been with
the company for 28 years.
Isabelle Lamb, L.G., has been
named managing director of
Australia/New Zealand. A native
Kiwi, she has a geological/
geotechnical background.

The National Utility Contractors Association
(NUCA) and E. Wyman Associates LLC
established a partnership to provide outstanding
representation and federal advocacy services for
America's utility and excavation contractors.
Eben Wyman, principal of Wyman Associates,
has more than 30 years of experience in
underground infrastructure policy discussions,
including a current role in advancing legislative
and regulatory agendas for other construction
contractor associations in the federal arena.
From 2000 to 2012, he worked for NUCA
on a broad range of pertinent legislative and
regulatory matters.

INGAA
Nichole Francis Reynolds joined INGAA's
leadership team as vice president of Government
and Public Affairs. She is responsible for managing
the U.S. natural gas pipeline association's strategy,
which focuses on three priorities: protecting the
safety, reliability, and resilience of the pipeline
system; promoting the value and benefits
of natural gas infrastructure; and advancing
permitting predictability.
Michael Isper is the new director of Security,
Reliability and Resilience, leading cyber and physical
