The most powerful compact utility
loader on the market today, TXL
2000 has a rated operating capacity
of up to 2,000 pounds, which rivals
the strength of many skid steer
loaders and compact track loaders.
Fully extended, the boom has a hinge
pin height of just over 10 feet.
It offers all the benefits of the
compact utility loader class, when
compared to larger equipment
classes with a sit-in cab. This new
unit is also much more compact
than other classes of earthmoving
equipment, allowing it to reach areas
where larger equipment cannot.
With inspiration from previous
Dingo designs, the controls are
intuitive and easy-to-use for
operators of all skill levels.
Equipped with a standard skidsteer loader attachment mount,
Dingo TXL 2000 is compatible with
most standard skid-steer attachments.

redesigned coalescing element,
with 50-percent greater surface
media, doubles the design life up
to 6,000 hours.
Vanair also launched Total Electronic Control (V-TEC), an underdeck,
infinite variable speed control and
interface for air compressor and
generator underdeck systems.
Utilizing exclusive Vanair
technology, V-TEC manages engine
speed relative to compressor
demand to reduce fuel consumption,
noise, and wear and tear on the
engine. It also maintains precise
engine speed in generator mode to
ensure proper hertz. Built-in safety
features include over-pressure and
over-temperature warnings with
automatic shutdown, as well as overand under-speed protection.
In addition to safety and fault
alerts, for easy diagnostic and troubleshooting, the 3.5-inch LED screen
displays when prescribed, preventive
maintenance is due. Viewable in
low or bright light and offers five,
glove-friendly navigation buttons,
its versatility allows the display to be
mounted in various locations.
The V-TEC also boasts

Vanair introduced a new, patentpending Integrated Separator Tank.
Its integrated manifolds contain a
minimum pressure valve, thermovalve, thermistors, transducers,
pressure regulators, oil filter,
ultrasonic oil level sensors and
optional cold-weather oil heater.
In addition, SAE O-Ring and JIC
connections virtually eliminate leak
points associated with conventional
galvanized pipe fitting designs.
Overall, these innovations result
in an impressive 60-plus-percent
reduction in leak points compared
to competitive tank designs. A

on the market and is well-suited
for fiber, electrical, gas and water
installation in hard rock, as well as
other challenging ground conditions.
Vermeer's Firestick drill rod dual
system onboard the D23x30DR S3
gives operators 7-percent downhole
steerability. The unit's threaded outer
rod has a rotational torque of 3,000
foot-pounds, while its hex inner rod
delivers up to 800 foot-pounds.
Powered by a Deutz TCD3.6L4 diesel
engine, it has thrust/pullback of
24,000 pounds.
The Vermeer XR2 is the industry's
first vacuum excavator equipped
with a shaker deck that separates
liquids and solids to allow contractors
to stay on the job site longer, work
efficiently and reduce disposal
expenses. Solid material is moved
by conveyor toward the rear of the
machine, where it is discharged and
can be carried away or left on the job
site, depending on the material. Used,
slurry water is pumped into one of the
four XR2 holding tanks for disposal.
It also has 1,500 gallons of
freshwater storage capacity capable
of delivering up to 150 minutes of
wand time at a rate of 10 gallons
per minute. A 6-inch-diameter hose
produces up to 3,400 cfm of suction
for maximized digging performance,
and a 21-foot boom gives crews
260 degrees of swing.

Available in early 2020, in select
regions, the new Vermeer D23x30DR
S3 Navigator horizontal directional
drill (HDD) integrates dual-rod
technology into a compact machine
design to efficiently maneuver
through rock in congested cities,
busy neighborhoods or tight job
sites. With a class-leading narrow
footprint and a weight of 16,500
pounds, it's the lightest rock drill

McLaughlin, a Vermeer Company,
introduced five, new auger boring
machine models, including WH 225.
Developed to perform long, large-diameter casing installations for power,
communications, water/sewer and
pipeline projects, the machine is an
underground contractor's workhorse.
It's powered by a 214-horsepower
Volvo Tier 4 compliant diesel engine

and equipped with a 5-inch hex auger
that drives 1.2 million pounds of thrust
and 126,000 foot-pounds of torque
for bore applications ranging from
16 inches to 72 inches in diameter.
The McLaughlin WH 225 delivers
optimum performance with a
wireless remote control that allows
the operator to be out of the pit while
boring, and a Rabbit Travel feature
for quick movement of the boring
machine when adding casings or
repositioning the auger.

Wyo-Ben Inc.
wyoben.com
Wyo-Ben Inc., a leading provider
of drilling fluids to the horizontal
directional drilling (HDD) market,
announced a new, mobile app
designed to help HDD crews better
utilize drilling fluids. The free app,
developed in response to customer
feedback, includes usage guidelines,
cross-reference tools and several
valuable calculators.
Available for both Apple and
Android mobile devices, and featuring
a user-friendly interface, the app provides information that enables HDD
crews to make informed decisions
throughout the drilling process, getting the most performance from their
drilling fluid and drill, and resulting in
more productive and profitable bores.
Calculators, in both imperial and
metric, compute hole volume, HDD
drilling fluid volume, annular velocity,
HEE back reaming/pump volume,
fluid weight-up and volume increase,
and bottoms-up. *
