KorTerra, Inc., appointed Mitch
Stendal as president. Previously
chief strategist, he championed
several transformative initiatives
throughout his tenure. As
president, he will provide a fresh perspective and
renewed energy, while also remaining instrumental in
driving market expansion through strategic initiatives.
Former President Don Lewis
is now chief operating officer,
responsible for overseeing
critical functions and helping
maintain the company's
position as the leading provider of cloud-based,
underground utility damage prevention software.
Laura Johnson is the new senior
product manager. She plays a
key role in setting the roadmap
for strategic development by
helping drive short- and
long-term product solutions, partnerships and
features. Previously, she served as senior product
manager and solutions manager for Field Nation,
and product manager for SPS Commerce.
Erik Chamberlain was
appointed as manager of Cloud
Operations, overseeing the
continual optimization of
KorTerra's cloud infrastructure,
deployments and operations. Formerly post
development manager on the Technical Services
team, he is a go-to subject matter expert with
broad technical abilities and more than 17 years
of damage prevention industry experience.

Milliken
Archie Booker, senior account
manager with Milliken, retired
after 42 years of service.
He started his long and
successful career selling
industrial fabrics across many markets and 13 years
ago, moved into the Cable Management division.
There, he supported channel partners in the
Southeast territory, and quickly built a reputation
as an expert in the cabling industry.

McKim & Creed
Raleigh, N.C.-based engineering and surveying firm
McKim & Creed, Inc., named two new members to
its Board of Directors, replacing retired directors.

Jeanne Cormier brings strong
business and architectural/
engineering/construction
industry leadership from her
career at Lochner, a Chicagobased transportation engineering firm, where she
was appointed president and CEO in 2017.
Paula Sims has a business
background in both the
corporate and academic
realms. After 30 years of
managerial and leadership
experience at Progress Energy and GE Aviation,
she now teaches MBA students at University of
North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School
about leading change.
The firm also expanded its
Subsurface Utility Engineering
(SUE) leadership team,
promoting Sean Patterson
to regional SUE manager.
A manager at the company for 15 years, he now
oversees these professional services throughout
Texas and Southwestern U.S.
Also, Robert Mjoen, P.E.,
joined the firm as SUE TxDOT
project manager and utility
coordinator. He brings 30-plus
years of experience as a
construction project engineer and project
manager, overseeing multiple, large-scale
construction, design and safety improvement
projects throughout Texas and Colorado.

Woolpert
Doug Sinclair joined architecture, engineering,
geospatial (AEG) and strategic consulting firm
Woolpert. As senior program director, he supports
lifecycle asset management strategies and services
for clients across public and private sectors. He has
more than 33 years of experience working in the
industry, with a focus on information technology
and data collection, management and integration.

ALLU
Peter Grönholm is the new
managing director at ALLU
Finland. He has extensive
experience in sales and
marketing, supply chain
management and as managing director in
international organizations. Most recently,
he was vice president of Supply Chain &
Operations for Cavotec Group, a supplier
of industrial equipment, in Germany.

GTI
Kristine Wiley was named
director of GTI's Hydrogen
Technology Center. Her
GTI career spans nearly
two decades, most recently
serving as R&D director for Environmental,
Risk, and Integrity Management programs.
She has also worked closely with the energy
industry on issues ranging from utility operations
and environmental compliance, to exploring
the use of low-carbon fuels.

Miller Pipeline Announces Executive Management Changes
Miller Pipeline, LLC, one of the nation's premier natural
gas distribution and utility contractors, appointed
Dale Anderson as president and CEO, a new role that
combines the formerly separate president and CEO.
Previously vice president, he has 11 years of commitment
to Miller Pipeline, and 34 years of experience in the

natural gas industry.
Formerly president, Kevin Miller is now senior advisor, continuing to foster relationships within
the underground utilities construction industry. In January 2021, he will retire and transition to
senior advisor for PowerTeam Services, which acquired Miller Pipeline in 2020.
Anderson assumes the CEO position following Doug Banning's retirement after a 35-year
tenure. Banning remains involved with Miller Pipeline and Minnesota Limited at a strategic level
as part of the parent-company PowerTeam Services Board of Directors. *
