and development of UV-cured GRP liner, who is
now also responsible for Marketing, UV-Equipment,
Quality Management, Research and Development.
Patrick Heimpold, CFO, will assume leadership
of Legal, Taxes, Procurement and Human
Resources, as well as Finance and IT, in an
international environment.
Andreas Bichler, with 25 years of pipe
rehabilitation experience, including development
and production of pipe liners and installation
equipment, will add liner production to his role as
managing director of Reline APTEC GmbH.

One of the top-performing Volvo Construction
Equipment dealers in the United States is expanding
its territory. Detroit-based Alta Equipment Group
has purchased the construction equipment assets
of Vantage Equipment, based in Syracuse, N.Y.
Initially, Alta is offering Volvo CE products
and services from three New York locations -
Batavia, Latham, and Syracuse - covering most
of the State, excluding Westchester County, the
counties and boroughs of New York City and
Long Island. Alta will build upon the established
presence and expert personnel Vantage has long
cultivated in the region, and further develop the
Volvo CE brand in the region.
Alta is an award-winning dealer with a
reputation for innovation and the capability to
provide forward-looking solutions to customer
needs. A member of the Volvo CE network
serving Michigan since 2009, the company has
successfully expanded its territory to include
Central and Northern Illinois and Florida,
and now boasts 22 construction equipment

In other news, Alta Equipment Group is also
playing a role in expansion of Volvo Certified
Used (VCU), opening the program's fourth
location, in Jacksonville, Fla.
At Volvo Certified Used Centers, off-lease Volvo
equipment undergoes a rigorous 140-plus point
inspection from certified dealer technicians and
is refurbished to OEM standards using genuine
parts. All factory updates are completed, and the
machines are packaged with a 6-month/1,200hour Powertrain warranty and a free, one-year
subscription to Volvo's ActiveCare Direct
telematics service. They also qualify for Volvo's
Lifetime Frame and Structure Warranty.
