Applied Felts

Using only the highest quality raw materials
available, Applied Felts' flame- or stitch-bonded,
highly durable PU- and PP-coated liners allow
for more extreme environmental and installation
requirements, while providing greater flexibility
in the field. Our extra-durable, sewn-seamed,
PP-coated AquaCure PP liners can withstand
tougher on-site conditions and most extreme
steam cure processing.
These liners are quality manufactured to
conform to ASTM-1216, accommodating pipe

CIPP Corp.

reinforced felt liner for the potable water
industry. The specially designed resin system
used has been developed to prevent premature

Danby
Danby PVC liner is used in rehab of pipes 36 inches
and larger, and any shape/size structures. This
grout-in place structural solution is designed for
50+ years of life, provides H2S corrosion protection
and its smooth surface improves hydraulic
performance with minimum loss of diameter.
The PVC lining process is 100-percent
trenchless using existing access/manholes,
without the use of proprietary machinery, to

friendly, expandable pressure tubing that seals
leaks in existing service pipes and acts as a
protective barrier for lead pipes. Designed for
½- to 2-inch diameter and up to 300-foot
sections, Neofit is made from a strong and
durable virgin PET. The NSF (National Science
Foundation) 61 approved liner keeps drinking
water pure and out of contact with the host pipe
and rehabilitates pipes by sealing leaks.
This trenchless technology avoids risk of
damage to other services during the installation
process. It also preserves the property owner's
above-ground structures and can be installed
in just a couple of hours.
