RECENT HIGHLIGHTS.
GULF COAST CHAPTER 2021 GOLFING EVENT
March 4, 2021 | Houston TopGolf
On March 4, 2021, approximately 90 members and
guests of the UCTA Gulf Coast Chapter met at the west
Houston TopGolf location to enjoy a night of socializing,
networking and a round of TopGolf play. Over $7,000
was raised for scholarships along with a special thanks
to public works staff who in the previous week worked
during the historic Texas freeze.

Garver
Paul is a licensed professional
engineer in the State of Texas and
has dedicated his career to focus on
delivering quality design and identifying
the best project delivery method in
order to minimize the impact to citizens
and municipalities. Paul is certified in
NASSCO sewer condition assessment
techniques and has designed, managed,
or provided quality control for over
500,000 linear feet of pipelines ranging
from 6- to 108-inches in diameter.
Armorock
Jake comes from the
vendor side of the
underground world. As a
young adult, Jake quickly found his
passion in business and operational
development. This interest led to
a 10-year career in the wireless
communications industry, where he
worked his way up to owning multiple
franchise locations across Texas. His
career has been shaped with the focus
on emerging technologies, which has
afforded him the opportunity to align
his passion and background with
Armorock's mission and goals.
KELLY DAVIS
Trinity River Authority
of Texas
Kelly is TRA's Assistant
Manager of Engineering Services. She is
responsible for managing the planning,
design, and construction of regional
wastewater collection facilities. She
has been involved in the design and
construction of water and wastewater
pipeline projects for over 18 years. She
is a registered professional engineer in
the State of Texas.
