1 2 An updated look for an urban brand's suburban location By joann greco Photography by FranK oUDeMan strict Philadelphia-based Iron Chef Jose Garces has created a mini-brand out of his Mexican small plates concept Distrito. But when the time came to open a fifth version (one in Atlantic City's troubled Revel resort has since closed) in New Jersey's Moorestown Mall, Garces decided to tinker with the formula a bit. He turned to a new firm, Long Island City, New York's dash design, "asking for something that was a bit cleaner and a little more sophisticated," says firm principal David Ashen.
