finalist midscale + select-service guestroom Life House Hotel Little Havana Miami For the launch of the Life House brand in Miami, the company's interior design team wanted to encourage group and family travel in the 33 keys by incorporating a fresh take on the double room. Here, full-size bunkbeds with privacy curtains provide each guest with their own private nook. Inspired by the 1920s-era Mission Revival style building, the "guestrooms are designed to create a home away from home for all of our travelers," says founder and CEO Rami Zeidan, while paying homage to Little Havana's rich heritage with vintage furniture and artwork.
