s perspectives We are in unprecedented times. COVID-19 has affected the hospitality and design industries (and the world) in ways we could have never anticipated. We started this issue before that reality was upon us, and though we cover the virus' impact on the industry in interviews with design leaders and AHLA's Chip Rogers, we made the decision to continue with much of our original content to showcase the talent that motivates us every day. Being physically distant has shown us the need for social connection now more than ever, and we hope these immersive coworking spaces, experiential wineries, offices with elevated amenities, and location-driven restaurants and hotels will be a source of inspiration. As the world slowly reopens, we look forward to visiting these amazing spaces that define what this industry is all about: bringing people together to create unforgettable experiences and build community. #hospitalitystrong sketchbook 031 interview designer roundtable 043 trends coworking 054 trends wineries 066 trends offices 079 interview yabu pushelberg 089 5 questions for chip rogers 094 See mo re at h os pital ityde s ig n . com ÂME p.034 hospitalitydesign.com May 2020 029http://www.hospitalitydesign.com http://www.hospitalitydesign.com
