How have you/your company responded
to the changing industry?

Bradley makes it a point to research industry
trends and end-user preferences in order to
innovate our products, meet changing customer
needs and anticipate new ones. Expanding our
line of touchless restroom fixtures is a good
example of our product evolution. Particularly
now, in the age of Covid-19, there is high
consumer demand for touchless fixtures. Our
research shows that 91% of Americans think
it's important that commercial restrooms be
equipped with touchless fixtures.
Bradley has expanded our touch-free
solutions, making them very flexible for all
applications, as well as convenient, easy to use
and maintain. On top of the functionality, the
aesthetics of these products are modern, sleek
and stunning. All of our touch-free handwashing
products give the perfect accent to hospitality
applications.
One of Bradley's most popular awardwinning handwashing products - the all-in-one
WashBar® series - features completely touchless
technology with soap, faucet and hand dryer
integrated into a minimalist chrome-plated
WashBar fixture.

What can we expect product-wise from
your company in 2020?

This year we launched the newest evolution of
the WashBar - the Next Generation WashBar®
- designed with a new ultra-modern, edgier
profile that completely transforms the look of
commercial washrooms. This new superslim
L-shaped design gives the feel the all-in-one
fixture is floating above the sink.
We've also introduced matching Verge™
soap and faucet sets, which are available in
multiple styles and finishes that give designers
endless options for their washroom designs.
The pairing of the matched soap dispensers
and faucets creates a uniform and consistent
design in washrooms. The other great thing
about Verge soap and faucet sets is the top-fill
soap dispensers - this is a game-changer for
hospitality maintenance staff because they are
designed ergonomically and are easy to fill.
This year Bradley is also introducing six new
beautiful PVD finishes that may be specified for

its popular WashBar series. These durable and
environmentally friendly finish options, which
are also available with the Verge soap and
faucet sets, include Polished Chrome, Brushed
Black Stainless, Brushed Nickel, Brushed
Stainless, Brushed Brass and Brushed Bronze.

What are your go-to materials when
designing new products?

Material selection is a priority to Bradley. Our
sink systems, for example, incorporate two
exclusive materials and check all the boxes
for durability, flexibility, beauty, hygiene,
sustainability and long life cycle, and are wellproven in the marketplace.
Terreon® solid surface and Evero® natural
quartz are featured in all of Bradley's most
popular handwashing designs.
Terreon and Evero are both non-porous and
seamless materials so they inhibit the growth
of mold, mildew, and microbes. They are both
very easy to clean, maintain, repair and renew.
Our Evero basins are cast formed into
sophisticated and curved shapes offering
multiple design options to explore. Made from
natural materials, such as quartz and granite,
plus pre-consumer recycled content and a
bio-based resin, natural quartz can contain up
to 70% natural content. Speaking of recycled
material, Terreon® RE is Bradley's recycled
solid surface composed of bio-based resin and
pre-consumer recycled granules is another
excellent green option. Evero, Terreon and
TerreonRE have all achieved GREENGUARD
certification.

Tell us something surprising about your
company that people may not know.

It may be surprising that, first of all, Bradley
is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2021,
which demonstrates our company has
extraordinary vision and staying power in
the marketplace. Number two, our company
was founded on the innovative concept of
"hands-free" handwashing and brought the
very first touch-free handwashing fixture to
market - the Washfountain® - which is still
manufactured and used today. The original
Washfountain was activated by a foot pedal
keeping hands free to wash.
