The new Dell Medical School's Health
Transformation Building is an innovative
advancement of the MOB concept that consists
of 4 clinic floors connected to 5 research floors,
enabling collaboration and translational
research among medical professionals and
clinical researchers. Completed in October
2016, the clinic areas occupy approx. 165,000
sq. ft. of the building, shared with partner Seton
Healthcare Family. The overall interior design
is focused on an empowered patient and family
experience, featuring separate patient and
staff flow. The internal team work-core, central
to the clinic module, accommodates teambased care that comes to the patient, while
maintaining the ability to immediately access
workspace for impromptu conferences and
collaboration.

TMP has proudly completed several projects
at Grand Strand Medical Center over the span
of two decades. As a part of the renovations,
TMP designed an 11,000 sq. ft. addition to the
existing hospital to establish radiation therapy
services for Grand Strand Medical Center. The
project was completed in 2017 and included
new linear accelerator equipment, exam rooms
and other support spaces. The addition is
designed to add another linear accelerator in
the future adjacent to the recently constructed
vault.
