OSAP & Henry Schein Celebrate 40 Years of Making Dental Visits Safer
Henry Schein proudly commemorates 40 years of dedication to the Organization for Safety,
Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP) as a founding member and Super Sponsor. Collaborating closely
with OSAP, Henry Schein champions the organization's vision of facilitating the " Safest Dental
Visit " for the oral health care community. This shared commitment emphasizes the importance of
infection control principles, ensuring that infection prevention and safety practices are seamlessly
integrated into every aspect of oral health care, thereby elevating the standard of oral health care
as a whole.
In alignment with this partnership, Henry Schein actively supports the annual OSAP Dental Infection Control Boot Camp™ program.
This intensive educational course, based on CDC guidelines and recommendations, OSHA standards, and infection prevention and
safety best practices, serves as a cornerstone for oral health care professionals. Since 2021, Henry Schein has provided funding
to support 150 scholarships, enabling individuals facing financial constraints to participate in this invaluable event. Due to its great
success, we are committed to support this scholarship program through 2025.

Receiving the 2024 Henry Schein Cares - OSAP Dental
Infection Control Boot Camp Scholarship felt like nothing less
than an honor. The application process was seamless, and
the results came quickly. Working for a FQHC dental facility,
infection control is top priority. Making sure that we are in
compliance and doing all things correctly is vital to the safety of
not just our patients, but our staff as well. The course sessions
that were offered during the OSAP Boot Camp were most
