Henry Schein Handpiece Return Policy
Before opening a sealed handpiece
box or carton, please examine the
label to ensure you have received
the correct item. If incorrect,
unopened handpieces only will
be exchanged at no charge.

For your protection, handpieces that have been opened or used are not returnable for credit
or exchange. If returned with the box seal broken or if the handpiece has been used, it will be
repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. This disposition will be final.
If a handpiece is found to be defective upon use, or if it fails to operate properly during the
warranty period, please return the product to Henry Schein with a full explanation in writing
describing the nature of the defect. We will then forward the product and explanation to the
respective manufacturer for evaluation. Following replacement and/or repair, the handpiece
will be returned to you expeditiously at no charge.
