and support the important work of the American Association for Dental Office
Management (AADOM), Henry Schein offers customers the opportunity to purchase

Program.
Since 2012, the Henry Schein Cares Foundation has supported the AADOM's Green
Leader Initiative, which cultivates the development of continuing education aimed at
promoting the " greening " of dental offices. Every year, AADOM, in conjunction with
the Practice Green Program, also recognizes a " Green Leader, " a pioneering dental
leader who leads their team to " practice green. "

Ms. Vickery is the Vice President of Operations for Ocean Dental in Edmond,
Oklahoma, and was recognized for her team's work to convert all 15 Ocean Dental
clinics across 6 states to go paperless, which has helped to reduce waste and
increase sustainability, as well as decrease the risk of contamination. She has
advanced Ocean Dental's efforts to create a green mindset across the organization in
countless other ways as well.
