At Henry Schein, protecting the richness and beauty of our planet is a key pillar
of our commitment to helping health happen. To help others " practice green "
and support the important work of the American Association for Dental Office
Management (AADOM), Henry Schein offers customers the opportunity to purchase
environmentally friendly products for their practices through Practice Green.
Practice Green is a Henry Schein initiative designed to empower the health care
community to positively impact the future of the planet by reducing the ecological
footprint and promoting sustainability-both in daily life and while at work.
Since 2012, the Henry Schein Cares Foundation has supported the AADOM's Green
Leader Initiative, which cultivates the development of continuing education aimed at
promoting the " greening " of dental offices. Every year, AADOM, in conjunction with
Practice Green, also recognizes a Green Leader, a pioneering dental leader who leads
their team to " practice green. "

Ms. Pusillo is the Practice Optimizer for Spodak Dental in Delray Beach, Florida,
and was recognized for her work to create an efficient, green, and sustainabilityfocused
workflow process in the practice that also takes the very best care of the
team and the planet. Pusillo's other efforts include, but are not limited to, supporting
businesses and supplier partners that have both a sustainable mindset and a minimal
impact on the environment, utilizing digital technology to reduce waste, using
eco-friendly cleaning products, implementing waste- and water-reducing systems
throughout the facility, and organizing beach cleanups and tree planting events for
the team and community.

platform to promote the many ways we all can be green leaders, " said Pusillo, who
has been with Spodak Dental since 2009. " There is always an opportunity to live out
