Ultrasound Service
CONTRACTS

All of our service contracts include:
* Quality Insurance certification to fulfill
accreditation requirements
* Safety testing to ensure the equipment passes
ANSI/AAMI Es1-1993 leakage current standards
* One (1) scheduled preventative maintenance
inspection per year

HS Global 1 Ultrasound
Service Contract (129-8452)

* Quality-assured original equipment manufacturer's parts to
maintain system performance under normal failure
* Quality assured original equipment manufacturer's transducer
replacements or repairs for failure under normal use
* Peripherals are excluded from coverage but replaced on
exchange basis as needed at standard time and material rates

Global Limited Ultrasound
Service Contract (129-8449)

* All parts, Labor and Travel required completing three (3) service
repairs per year
* Limited to one (1) Transducer replacement for normal failure per
year (does count as a service event)
* After the three (3)service events are used, any additional
Parts, Labor, or Travel needed will be provided at a discounted
rate of ($175/hr) Labor & ($15/hr) Travel

* 8:00AM to 5:00PM daily coverage, Monday through
Friday, excluding National and GMI Holidays
* Technical Phone Support, 24-hours a day,
7-days a week, includes weekend and holidays
* Payment and initial inspection necessary before
starting contract coverage

Global 1 Box Only Ultrasound
Service Contract (129-8448)

* Quality-assured original equipment manufacturer's parts to
maintain system performance under normal failure
* Probes and peripherals are excluded from coverage but replaced
on exchange basis as needed at standard time and material rates
* Labor and Travel included

Global PM Ultrasound
Service Contract (129-8453)

* Customer pays for all Parts, Labor and Travel required for
repairs as needed from GMI at a discounted rate of ($175/hr)
Labor & ($150/hr) Travel
