PWA 2000 Parts Washing
A convenient tool to assist in cleaning any uncured resin from 3D
printed models. Convenient, and removable basket allows for ease
of use when dipping or extracting objects from the tank. Unit offers
a selection of 3 washing programs for effective, efficient cleaning
of the most delicate to larger and more complex creations. These
selections can be made directly on the easy-to-use touchscreen.
To use, simply immerse the objects directly in the tank using the
appropriate basket, select the appropriate washing program, and
use the basket to extract objects once the cycle is complete. Tank
uses minimal liquid, reducing costs and environmental impact. Used
liquids can be removed easily, without the risk of spills or drips.

Washing Unit
Features an automated wash cycle, which eliminates manual
washing that may lead to warped/deformed appliances.
Automatically raises parts out of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) when wash
time is up; the parts air dry and are immediately ready to use.
Precise build platform allows parts to travel straight from the Form
2 to the Form Wash; they can stay right on the build platform or be
placed in the basket.

Offers customizable cleaning cycles: 3 speed
options and a 1- to 10-minute cleaning cycle to
give customers flexibility in their workflow. Uses
75% less cleaning solution than other units on
the market. Parts can be transferred directly
from the cara®
Print 4.0 3D printer while still
on the build table or as loose models on the
part tray. When the cleaning cycle is finished,
the isopropyl alcohol drains out, ensuring parts
never oversoak in cleaning solution and are airdry
and ready for postcuring.

All stereolithography (SLA) 3D printed parts require washing to
remove residual resin. Form Wash L automates this process,
leaving clinician with smooth, clean, high-quality parts every time.
Once washing completes, parts are lifted out of the solvent to
air dry, avoiding over-soaked, warped prints. Embedded solvent
monitor helps maintain peak cleaning performance by notifying
clinician when it is time to replace the solvent. Can be used with
all Formlabs SLA 3D printers. Wash one Form 3L build platform or
two Form 3 build platforms with the included build-platform adapter.
