"A DELIGHTFUL STUDENT, treasured among faculty and fellow

students alike, Roger Lee Jinks of Springfield, MO received his BFA in Theater
from (then) Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University)
in 1984. He then enrolled in the MFA Costume Design program at the University of GA and completed his degree in 1986. His too short career as a Costume
Design Assistant Professor of Costume Design at Cameron University in Lawton.
OK began in the fall of 1986 and ended with his death in the Baptist Medical
Center, Oklahoma City on Fri. Nov. 27, 1987. Missouri State University now honors his memory and love of summer theatre with the Roger Jinks Memorial Tent

"AS A STUDENT at the University of New Orleans, Timothy Meyers performed in Hamlet, Macbeth, She Stoops

to Conquer, and Tartuffe along with my husband, Paul Rosefeldt. In the early 1970s they performed together in Threepenny Opera and The Fantasticks at Repertory Theatre New Orleans, where I worked on the technical end. Timmy earned
his Equity card and moved to New York, where he was cast as Kenickie in Grease and was nominated for a Tony Award in
1972."
