hether you celebrate any holidays this season, there's no dispute that this time of year is perfect for gathering with friends
and family. At some point in the coming weeks, you'll likely find yourself hosting a gathering or being invited to one. Either
way, you might be looking to make a dish that is perfect for sharing. I wanted to gift you with a really easy-but widely
loved-dish that would make a perfect addition to any gathering: baked brie. It's something that can be modified any way
you like, and it pairs well with pretty much anything. You get the ooey gooey melted brie paired with sweet, savoury, spicy, herby toppings-
the world is your oyster. And, it all comes together with a sliced baguette or a few crackers. The best part is that you can put it together in
just a few minutes. My version is perfect for holiday gatherings. The brie pairs beautifully with honey and rosemary, and the toasted nuts
add a lovely texture. Don't forget to finish with a little salt to finish it off.

INGREDIENTS
1 wheel of your favourite brand
of brie
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup of toasted pecans and/
or walnuts
1 sprig of rosemary or thyme
pinch of flaky finishing salt
1 small baguette, sliced
STEPS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Remove brie from the plastic packaging and place on baking sheet. Leave the rind on.
3. Drizzle honey on top of the brie. Sprinkle toasted nuts on top.
4. Add some rosemary and thyme to your taste. Finish with a pinch of salt.
5. Place brie in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes or until brie is melted.
6. While baking, slice up your baguette or get some crackers ready.
7. Serve and enjoy!
