IEEE FELLOWS CLASS OF 2013

One of the most distinguished professional achievements, the grade of IEEE Fellow recognizes exceptional distinction in the profession. It is conferred by the IEEE Board of Directors upon a person with an extraordinary record of
accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest. The total number of IEEE Fellows elevated in any one year
must not exceed one-tenth of one percent of the total voting membership of IEEE on record as of 31 December
